HuffPost headline: "HUFFPOLLSTER: Most Conservatives No Longer See Supreme
Court As Liberal" -- Of course, how HuffPost defines a conservative is someone
who orders decaf at Starbucks.

Excuse me, but why doesn't Factless Shrugged recall all the
excessive armored MRAPs being distributed to civilian police departments, load
all the illegal minors from Central America in them, then "surge" across the
Mexican border, and drop them off. According to UN protocol, they were
"refugees" as soon as they crossed the southern Mexican border, so they are
Mexico's wards.

I was looking at an article about how libs describe voter
disenfranchisement based on states requiring photo-IDs for voting. The whole
argument is based on voters showing up at a polling place and being told that
their form of ID is out-of-date or no longer valid. Excuse me, but if someone
shows up at the poll om voting day, then that person has not prepared
him/herself for what/who is on the ballot, and really doesn't deserve to vote.
Even then, a voter can fill out a provisional ballot, and make a trip back with
valid ID, so what's the problem? Oh, and even the voter benefits from having a
poll worker examine IDs... the voter learns that their license (most probable
photo ID) need to be replaced/updated.

Was reading an article that mentioned a man who had been charged with his
6th... 6TH... DUI. To date, he hasn't killed, but the odds are getting closer.
Why does society not demand that. at least after the second event, that a person
convicted of DUI be stripped of the privilege of driving a vehicle. Why not make
it illegal for someone with 2 (and certainly "or more) DUIs be forbidden not
only to drive, but to own a car. Have a database that car dealers and rental
companies must check before providing keys to a street legal vehicle? Why not
make it a forfeiture of vehicle that a family member or friend allows said
offender get behind the wheel? We're not talking about banning alcohol
consumption.. just banning excessive, out-of-control drinkers from driving a
lethal weapon.

HuffPost headline: "Ruth Bader Ginsburg: I'm Not Going Anywhere" -- Whew...
maybe she's waiting for a Republican to name her replacement....You know... I'd
really love to see her voting record compared to what the Founding Fathers held
dear in our Constitution.

L-E story: "Union officials say race-based discrimination claims have been
filed against Kellogg, whose workers have been ordered back to work after a
nine-month lockout from the company's Memphis facility. * ccording to The
(Memphis, TN) Commercial Appeal, Bakery, Confectionery, Tobacco Workers and
Grain Millers' Local 252G President Kevin Bradshaw said Thursday the workers
locked out of the Kellogg cereal facility are predominantly black and the
company dealt with them differently than workers at a sister plant." *
Good grief ... unions.. once the most aggressive of discriminatory
organizations, are now throwing out the "racial trump card".. Guess, when the
facts don't justify your argument.. screaming racism has come full circle.

HuffPost headline/story: "Ruth Bader Ginsburg: 5 Male Justices Have A
'Blind Spot' On Women's Issues * U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg
said Thursday in an interview on Yahoo News that five men on the court have a
"blind spot" when it comes to discrimination against women." -- You know.. being
a Supreme Court Justice is not about "issues".. it's about making sure the laws
of the land are not in conflict with our Constitution as it reads and stands. In
a way, she has exposed herself as a bigot. She should step down.

Judge Sidney Thomas (am using his name because it's one no American
patriot/citizen should be ignorant), a member of the 9th District Court of
Appeals (California, of course) is considered a frontrunner for a Factless
Shrugged appointment for a US Supreme Court Justice opening. Well, he just wrote
a dissent to a ruling about a California woman being denied a "concealed carry
permit" at the discretion of her local sheriff. THOMAS wrote: "Carrying
concealed weapons in public by definition does not inherently involve defense of
hearth and home, so the core of the Second Amendment is not implicated.". Why in
hell is this guy doing on a Constitutional verifying court? Of course, he was a
Clinton nominee, and confirmed by a "voice vote" of a Democrat controlled
Senate. Naturally, he's caught the eye of Factless Shrugged.. but what I wanna
know is how Justice Ginsburg feels about this man's ruling that a male law
enforcement officer has the power over a woman's rights to be issued a
"concealed carry permit".
---
Online headline: "Israel and Hamas agree to cease-fire * The US and UN said
both sides have agreed to an unconditional halt to fighting for 72 hours
beginning Friday morning." -- Hmmm... of course the 72 hour agreement is but a
"line drawn in the sand", and will be determined over once Hamas has
reloaded.

From the "almost qualifies for a Darwin Award department" - Online story:
"State police are investigating a woman's report that a lion bit off part of her
finger at a small private zoo in northern Michigan. * Renae F******* tells
WNEM-TV that the big cat "ripped" her finger as she tried to pet it Saturday *
F******* and her daughter Tina D***** say they were visiting the zoo and an
employee allowed them to go into the lion's cage. * The zoo's owners tell WNEM
in an email that "the lady went into the security area and was told by the guide
to get back." -- Where's a Department of Family and Children's Services officer
when you need one? Sadly, Michigan is ripe with jurors that will believe the
woman's story that a zoo employee let them into the lion's cage and she was
trying to pet the lion.

Online headline: "As asylum expires, Snowden's expulsion from Russia
unlikely" -- Wanna bet Putin draws a line-in-the-sand, and dares Factless
Shrugged to cross it?
---
Online story: "A woman dressed in all black who has been spotted strolling
along highways in the U.S. Southeast and Midwest needed police assistance after
she was surrounded by a group of about 50 curious people in Virginia,
authorities said on Wednesday." -- Hmmm.. maybe publicity for the "prequel" to
"Forrest Gump"?
---
Online story: "Indian company, Ducere Technologies Pvt, introduces the
smart shoe. The insoles connect with Google Maps and buzzes to let you know
which way to turn." -- Hmmm.. not sure there's a market for direction walking
shoes, but I can see possibilities with shoes connected to Arthur Murray's
School of Dance, or in case a voters might be alerted to a politician walking in
the area and direct us to where we could administer a swift kick in the
....

From the "poetic justice" department - HuffPost "headlie"/"story":
"Homeowner who fought off Trump is moving on * She once called Donald Trump "a
maggot, a cockroach and a crumb." This week, he remembered her as "an impossible
person." -- " Headlie" because the woma's issue was fighting her house being
bought/confiscated by Penthouse publisher Bob Guccione so he could put up a
Casino on the Boardwalk in Atlantic City. She held out and Guccione's plans fell
through. Then Trump tried to buy it, and she still refused. Now the bottom of
Atlantic City's real estate market has fallen out, and no one wants buy at
20-cents on the appraised value now that she's moved to California...

Online story: " A demoted executive shot and critically wounded his
company's CEO before fatally shooting himself Thursday inside a high-rise office
building in downtown Chicago's bustling financial district, police said." --
Wanna bet Rahm Emanuel is about to install security stations outside his office
door? Of course, what Chicago really needs is "security equipment" at every
street corner and park..

Online story: "The moon might look like a perfect circle to us here on
Earth, but scientists say it's shaped less like a perfect orb and more like a
citrus fruit. * A study published this week in the journal Nature explains the
moon is actually slightly squashed and has two large bulges, kind of like a
lemon." -- No civilian does, so why would any scientist need to tell us the moon
is not a "perfect circle"? What next.. is some scientist gonna go out on a limb
and say the moon isn't made of cheese?

Thinking about the above item.. these are probably the same guys warning us
about Global Warming...

The Detroit Tigers just picked up Cy Young Award winner David Price for a
$14M salary..Price joins a pitching staff that includes Max Scherzer and Justin
Verlander, giving Detroit the last three American League Cy Young winners." --
Hmmm.. and the city of Detroit flounders in debt and ruins. Maybe the city of
Detroit should confiscate the Tigers' payroll account.

Online story: "San Francisco Association of Realtors President Betty Taisch
has two words of advice for those who want to live here and think $1 million
will buy them their dream house: Think again.
In the souped-up world of San Francisco real estate, where the median selling price for houses and condominiums last month hit seven figures for the first time, the cool million that would fetch a mansion on a few acres elsewhere will now barely cover the cost of an 800-square foot starter home that needs work and may or may not include private parking." -- What we have here is a liberal love-fest to be near Nancy Pelosi.. sorta sounds like the sequel to Jim Jones' Guyana Kool-Aid commune known as the "People's Temple". Hey.. San Francisco is "Pelosi's Temple" and her followers certainly drink Kool-Aid.

Hmmm, wonder what Section 8 housing rents for in Pelositown?

HuffPost headline: "Bill Clinton: I 'could have killed' Bin Laden" --
Hmmm.. do we detect a little professional jealousy here.. Of course, what we
won't hear is Clinton saying he could have saved Chris Stevens in
Benghazi.
---
Story from above article: "Just hours before the September 11, 2001 attack
on the United States, former President Bill Clinton allegedly said he "could
have killed" Osama bin Laden, but decided against it due to the number of
civilians (about 300) who also would have been killed." -- Oh, as opposed to the
number of AMERICAN civilians killed on 9-11-01?
---
Hmmm, for Clinton to be owning up to his lack of actions now must mean
Hillewinsky is going to run.. and may have served divorced papers to him so he
wouldn't get to join her in the Oval Office.

LIV's L-E "soundoff": "The absurd philosophy of “compassionate
conservatism” never existed in actual practice. Conservatives only care about
their precious bottom line and to hell with poor, sick, homeless children and
families." -- You know.. for the liberals to condemn the most generous element
of our society highlights their own personal greed and avarice. There's not one
"thanks" here, for what taxpayers pay/sacrifice for in addition to their own
uses to provide programs administered by the government.
---
L-E headline/story: "Work begins on zip line across Chattahoochee *
(Whitewater Express owner Dan) Gilbert had originally said that Whitewater
Express would pay the about $400,000 cost of the zip line, which will offer runs
that last about 60 seconds. Now, they are exploring the possibility of a
partnership with Uptown Whitewater Management LLC, the nonprofit Columbus
corporation that manages the whitewater course * “That seems to make the most
sense to make it a partnership," -- Good grief.. Whitewater Express has been
given a $25,000,000.00 Amusement Park facility so he can make money without the
expense of building it, and now he's got another tax funded business willing to
lessen his business expenses, so... of course it sounds like it makes "the most
sense" to him.

L-E review of a movie: "‘GET ON UP’ *** ½ (3.5 stars) Cast: Chadwick
Boseman, Viola Davis, Octavia Spencer, Jill Scott, Nelsan Ellis, Dan Aykroyd
Running time: 2:17 Rated: PG-13 for sexual content, drug use, some strong
language, and violent situations." -- Rated PG-13....for "sexual content, drug
use, some strong language, and violent situations". Good grief...
Hollywood destryed any support for parents being able to discern what they will
allow their children to be exposed to in the entertainment world. There are no
"ID's" for children under 15 years old that a ticket seller can ask for so why
would a theater even bother to ask the age of a ticket buyer?
---
L-E headline/story: " Woods four back in Bridgestone Invitational * AKRON,
Ohio — Tiger Woods showed signs of a positive recovery Thursday at the
Bridgestone Invitational. Not just from back surgery, but from making bogeys. *
Woods bounced back with birdies all three times that he made mistakes, opening
with a 2-under 68 on a soft, gentle day for scoring at Firestone. It left him
four shots behind Marc Leishman of Australia, and hopeful that this time he can
build on a solid start." -- In the format printed in the L-E, it took until the
13th line of the story before the leader was mentioned. On top of that, the L-E
story didn't bother to list the names of Jamie Donaldson, Brandt Snedeker,
Keegan Bradley or Sergio Garcia, all of which matched Woods' score and also are
"only" 4-shots back of Leishman.

Online quote source: " “Success is a state of mind. If you want success,
start thinking of yourself as a success.” - Joyce Brothers" -- Hmmm... another
good piece of advice that will never get displayed in a public school classroom
or government entitlement office.
---
Online headline: "House UNANIMOUSLY Stands Up for Israel Against Hamas" --
Ooops, my bad.. thought Factless Shrugged had woken up. Of course, what this
does show is the Democrats in Congress are dropping their connection with the
White House as fast as they can. Let's just hope the Jewish vote doesn't fall
for this again.

Online headline: "CIA director apologizes to lawmakers as probe finds

Online story: "California remains a refuge for those who wish to come to
America for the purpose of exploiting the state’s generous welfare programs.
Every year, illegal immigrants surge into Mexico as the starting point of their
journey in America and many never leave, having found a hospitable political
environment that will cater the illegal immigrant population. * Now, to make
matters worse, as America struggles with the surge of illegals flooding into the
U.S., California Democrat Governor Jerry Brown told a group of Mexican leaders
to give his state more illegal immigrants." -- ???? Brown told Mexican leaders
"to give" his state more illegal immigrants? What conspiracy hath Jerry Brown
revealed? Of course, Brown did not ask Mexican leaders to give him back Sgt
Tahmooressi...

Online headline: "Michelle Obama Tells Men To Ask Themselves If They 'Truly
