Online story: "The married stars of the "Real Housewives of New Jersey" are trading the drama of reality TV for prison. * Teresa Giudice was sentenced Thursday in federal court in Newark to 15 months in prison on conspiracy and bankruptcy charges while her husband, Giuseppe "Joe" Giudice, was sentenced to 41 months." -- Hmmm.. wifey got 15 months.. hubby got 41 months.. where are the liberals demanding equal pay for women?
---
HuffPost headline: "Global Energy Use And CO2 Output May Double By 2100, MIT Report Finds" -- Well, well...."CO2 output may double by 2100".. as long as we're talking 85+ years into the future, why not claim it will triple.. quadruple? Or... as the way I see it.. with CO2 doubling, it looks like trees and grass, even weeds, will thrive, so why isn't Algore happy?

HuffPost headline: "U.S. Senator To FIFA: Release Your Corruption Report On The Qatar World Cup" -- Hmmmm.. Qatar... think I'll pass on tickets to this event..after reports of fan riots in civilized countries, can't you imagine how a riot in a jihadist state could quickly escalate into a beheading frenzy?
---
HuffPost headline: "Warren Buffett Defends Burger King's Plan To Flee To Canada" -- "Mr. Tax Me More", the man with an army of CPAs to keep his taxes at there lowest, has just nailed Obamageddon's failure at economic growth and job creation. Corporations have an obligation to their shareholders to be and stay profitable, and it's the tax structure imposed by Obamageddon and the Democrats that's holding progress down.
---
Online headline: "Iowa to Tesla: Stop test-driving your cars in our state" -- Hmmm.. doesn't sound like Iowa is a progressive state.. on the other hand, maybe we can get Iowa to shut down the Iowa Caucus and tell progressives not to test-drive Democrats there, also.
---
L-E story: "A little more than two years into the long-awaited widening of Whittlesey Road between Veterans Parkway and Whitesville Road, the project is lagging about six months behind schedule * “It will be finished about a year from now,” Wellborn said. “It was supposed to be finished about six months from now.” the contractors also ran into some unforeseen drainage problems and some additional cut-throughs were added to the median. Those will add about $900,000 to the price tag, raising it from a projected $8.9 million to $9.8 million project. * The Georgia Department of Transportation is managing the project." -- 3 years, and $900K over budget to make a two lane road into a 4+ lane road.. Good grief...glad it's not a full mile or the DOT would be talking 4.5 years at the rate it's working. Maybe some one other than the DOT should be managing the project.
---
From above story: "The DOT will pay the extra money, he said. Otherwise, the project is being funded with $7.17 million in federal funds and $1.78 in state funds" -- Hello! Neither the federal government nor the state government has a dime that wasn't plucked out of our pockets.. there are no such things as a "free" lunch nor "government grants/funds".
---
Online Associated Press biased story: "A federal appeals court Thursday gave Texas permission to fully enforce a sweeping abortion law signed by Republican Gov. Rick Perry last year that would effectively close all but seven abortion facilities in America's second-most populous state." -- "effectively close all but 7 abortion facilities"? On the hand, the Texas law will close all the abortion facilities that aren't properly equipped to handle emergency needs of a woman. Now.. is it the mainstream media or Texas who is trying to protect women's rights and health issues?

Online headline: "Carter says he would've beaten Reagan if he was 'more manly' against Iran" -- Good grief! What a dementia claim! Reagan won by a landslide and 90% of the Electoral College vote. While Carter's Irani position was indeed wimpy, the country dumped Carter because of double digit inflation and way too high tax rates.
---
Hey Jason Carter.. now tell the voters your grandfather likes your outlines for running our state government.
---
I see a lawsuit about to unfold..the Army says 30% of recruits won't be signed because they are 'obese'. Man, if that ain't profiling or discrimination , what is? If course, most of those 30% are liberals and won't be signing up to begin with, so the point is pretty moot.

Online quote source: "“Your reputation is in the hands of others. That's what the reputation is. You can't control that. The only thing you can control is your character.” - Wayne W. Dyer" -- "Your reputation is in the hands of others"? Hmmm, if Obamageddon appointed Gibbs/Carney/Earnest to speak for him, and Holder/Lerner/Pierson to act for him, what does that say about Obamageddon's reputation?

L-E headline/story: "PC teen homicide: Court records show suspect said 'Somebody gonna die tonight' * Three teenagers have been arrested and charged in connection with the Sept. 20 shooting that took the life of 17-year-old Tyrelle Kynard after a party for a potential Central High homecoming king at the Central Activity Center * Martavious Miles, 17, was arrested and charged with Kynard’s murder. Miles and Kynard are cousins, according to earlier reports." -- "Cousins"? Anyone doubt that this is a result of a complete cultural collapse?
---
L-E story: "OPELIKA, Ala. — An argument over staring preceded the shooting that killed two one-time Auburn University football players and another man during a party, one of the hosts testified Thursday." -- Just confirmation of a complete cultural collapse..
---
L-E headline: "Muscogee elections board delays Sunday voting for study" -- Thank heavens for a little sanity. Democrats want to have Sunday voting at a Shopping Mall.. guess they feel it will be easy to get voters in on a "vote once/get another free" basis.
---
L-E story: "Midtown Medical Center and Doctors Specialty Hospital are now one entity, Columbus Regional Health, their parent company, said Thursday." -- Wait a minute.. Columbus Regional already owned both.. they were already one entity. Would love to see the accounting on this... especially an accounting of which executives got special bonuses.
---
L-E headline/story: "MUSCOGEE COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD * Senior admits ethics violations * “Because of my strong personal and professional ethics I will continue to stand up against the bullying tactics of Frank Myers and his cronies. I will continue to serve the best interest of the children in my district and in Columbus.” -- Huh? Isn't her role.. all Board Members' roles for that matter, supposed to be an example for the school system.. especially the students? While admitting to violations is "good" trying to excuse them because "everyone else does it" is pathetic. If "everybody else" committed a violent crime, would she think it is OK for her to do so as well?
---
LIVs L-E "soundoff": "It has been almost eight years that President Obama has served his country. It is too bad that you will not accept that a half black man, half white, is president of the United States." -- Ah! When all logic fails, out comes the good old racial trump card. Black/white...in between.. incompetence knows no color, and is unacceptable.
