Online story: "The U.S. State Department has been handing over billions of
dollars in grants for foreign projects -- ranging from cultural exchanges to
“climate change” activities -- without adequate oversight or adequate assessment
of the risks involved, and sometimes without knowing whether the money was
actually spent, according to the department’s Inspector General." -- Hmmm.. we
know that this money belongs to us, but our concerns want make Page 1 of
mainstream media.. what we need to do is "sell" the entitlement sector that the
State Department is giving away money to rich world leaders that could have gone
to raising entitlement payouts here.

Know Knothing Knunn says she will go to Washington and change what's wrong
with politics. Funny... what's wrong with Washington politics is too many
Democrats. We can change that.....
---
David Perdue should make those Know Knothing Knunn ads about "outsourcing"
the center of his own election campaign and debates. Perdue knows that
government tax policy and regulations have caused businesses to seek savings
elsewhere, and he know what tax policies and regulations need to be "fixed" to
make it beneficial to keep jobs in America.. Nunn Knows Nothing, like all
Democrats, about this.
---
Wonder if the liberals of Washington State asked the Native Americans there
if they preferred to be called "indigenous" versus "Redskins"?
---
Online quote source: " “To give real service you must add something which
cannot be bought or measured with money, and that is sincerity and integrity.”
- Douglas Adams" -- Hmmm.. will some one hack into Obamageddon's TelePrompters,
and "loop" this?
---
Online headline: "NASA Injects New Funds Into Search for Origins of Life"
-- Good grief.. this money would be better used searching for "sincerity and
integrity" in an Obamageddon speech, and any Democrat's campaign promise.. of
course.. NASA has a better chance to actually find "sincerity and integrity" in
outer space.
---
Online headline/story: "U.S. Stocks Are Sunk by Europe Fears * Stocks
tumbled on escalating concerns about global growth prospects, especially in
Europe, as new data showed deepening stresses in the continent’s economy and
remarks from a leading policy maker highlighted the lack of consensus in dealing
with the slowdown." -- Hmmm.. of course.. the real fear is that Obamageddon has
always wanted to model the US after France.
---
Online story: "A Delaware mom was detained after her young daughter
allegedly took 249 baggies of heroin to her day care center and — thinking they
were candy — gave them to other kids. * The 4-year-old reportedly took a
different bag than usual to Hickory Tree Child Care Center on Monday after a pet
had soiled her usual backpack. * Cops think the bag belonged to the girl's mom."
-- Several things pop out here: 1st, obviously the "mom" didn't even walk her
daughter to the day care (or even a bus stop) or she would have seen the
backpack her daughter had (in fact, probably didn't get up to feed her daughter
breakfast or see her to the door). Secondly, if the daughter had shown up to
daycare with a gun, liberals would be ranting about more gun laws to make this
even more illegal. Thirdly, since it was 'only' heroin, liberals will campaign
to make it legal so the next time, no teachers will be upset at the daughter
bringing another batch to daycare. Thirdly..what's with the "cops think the bag
belonged to the girl's mom"? Of course it did, and she is a dealer...

Online story: "Police used chemical spray and a stun gun to arrest Vikings
defensive tackle Tom Johnson early Sunday after he refused to leave a nightclub,
according to the police report. * Johnson, listed at 6-foot-3 and 288 pounds,
was arrested early Sunday AM after security officials and police repeatedly told
him to leave " -- Hmmm...it took several police/security officers to handle Tom
Johnson, and they still had to resort to using pepper spray and a stun gun.
Michael Brown was bigger than Johnson, had already pummeled Officer Wilson, and
Wilson didn't have backup surrounding him.
---
Online story: "A Hezbollah attack along Israel’s border with Lebanon
wounded two Israeli soldiers, raising concerns about growing destabilization
along Israel’s restless northern frontier." -- Hmmm.. isn't Israel's northern
border neighbor Syria? Hezbollah, al Qaida, ISIS, ISIL, Koroban et al... why is
there so much effort being made by Obamageddon and mainstream media to keep
pockets of Islamic jihadists into separate and distinct "groups" when they all
have the same purpose and goals?
---
WTVM9 story: "(Josh McKoon's opponent, Brian) Roslund says his priority is
to get jobs for the parents so that they can create a more stable environment
for their children." -- Don't ever believe a Democrat candidate is really
interested in finding jobs for the jobless. Once people have a job, and see how
much it is taxed to support those without jobs, then the Democrats lose voters.
---
WTVM9 story: "Two new school board members adjusted into their new roles as
they worked with their counterparts today, October 6, in a school board retreat.
* Tonight's training was a yearly requirement that focuses on making sure board
members know how to work as a team. * New members Frank Myers and John Thomas
were in attendance at tonight's meeting where members were trained on their
roles as leaders of the Muscogee County School Board." -- Two new members-elect
were in attendance? We have three new members-elect. Where was Kia
Chambers?
---
Online story: "Starting Jan. 1, Wal-Mart told The Associated Press that it
will no longer offer health insurance to employees who work less than an average
of 30 hours a week. The move, which would affect 30,000 employees, follows
similar decisions by Target, Home Depot and others to eliminate health insurance
benefits for part-time employees." -- Hey, don't worry OObamaCRAP is waiting for
them... DOH! On the other hand, mainstream media, unions, and Democrats will
focus on the coldhearted Walmart stripping healthcare from 30,000 workers.. none
of these entities will focus on 1,570,000 Walmart employees who are covered, nor
that the 30,000 number affects less than 2% of job slots.
---
Good grief.. Veep Bleep Joe Biden is said to have completed his "apology
tour" for insulting 3 Mid-East countries concerning their handling of Islamic
jihadists. You know.. if Bleep Veep Joe has an "apology tour" to complete. it's
one involving all the voters in the state's he and Obamageddon won.
---
Rumor has it that Bleep Veep Joe also insulted the Arab countries by saying
he knows a cure for those wrinkly dates they serve him on visits... Botox.
---
Online story: "A Wisconsin reporter says he was blocked Tuesday from
covering a Democratic rally in Madison headlined by first lady Michelle Obama --
a week after another reporter claimed she was told at a similar event in
Milwaukee not to speak with people in the crowd. -- The first story was
previously reported here (http://kirvensbreakfastclub.blogspot.com/) last
week. After the US Supreme Court effectively neutered the 9th & 10th
Amendments Tuesday, mainstream media should take Michelle Obama's actions as a
serious threat to mainstream media's 1st and 4th Amendment rights as well.

L-E headline: "Class of 2014: Worst math SAT scores since 2000; worst
writing ever" -- So much for the earlier fluff releases from the MCSD and
printed by the L-E. What's worse is what the SAT plans to do to reverse the
trend...
---
From the same L-E story: "The SAT is in the midst of a redesign to make the
test more relevant. The new exam, to be offered in March 2016, will dispense
with esoteric words, won’t deduct points for incorrect answers and will make the
essay section optional." -- Good grief.. the College Boards are not content with
just dumbing the overall tests down more.. now it wants to skew all comparisons
to the history of the S.A.Ts.!
---
On a local issue.. soldiers from Ft Benning are being staged to Savannah
Army bases to prepare for deployment to Africa.. that means they will be coming
back to our community as well. Vote Republican and stop this madness in its
tracks.
---
Liberalism is a religious enigma in itself. It demands separation of church
and state then demands the state persecute churches.
---
LIV's L-E "soundoff": "The housing industry is being strangled because the
middle class is being strangled by the wealthy. Who is going to win this?" --
When did "class" become determined by wealth? Some of the most "classless"
people have great wealth, and some of the poorest people have 'real class'.
---
You know, if wealth distribution were carried out completely today, libs
would still be confused about what "class" is, and in what class they would be
if everybody was equally poor.
---
L-E headline: "ANALYSIS: AIRSTRIKES LED BY U.S. PRODUCING FEW GAINS" --
DOH! You know... there was no need to throw this into the hands of analysts when
the situation could be duplicated in 5 minutes and actually results established
with 1 minute. Grad a pail of water.. stir it vigorously for 3 or 4 minutes.
Stop stirring.. within a minute of so, the water will be back at rest.

L-E story: "National Urban League President and CEO Marc H. Morial will
come to Columbus today as keynote speaker for the local chapter’s 18th Annual
Equal Opportunity Day Awards Dinner. * Morial’s trip to town comes 10 months
after the organization hired a new president and CEO to rebuild the local Urban
League, which had been stymied by political division. * On Tuesday, Brooke
Burgess, the new CEO, said the organization has made progress the past few
months and Morial’s visit will help the process. * Burgess said Morial will
arrive this afternoon from Atlanta, where he will be attending an Urban League
Leadership Conference the rest of the week. While in Columbus, he will meet with
officials at the United Way of the Chattahoochee at 4:30 p.m. and then hold a
press conference at 5:30 p.m. * Burgess said it has been challenging raising
money this year, and she hopes Mo-rial’s visit will help restore United Way
funding, which stopped in 2009." -- Excuse me, but why was the Urban League
funded by United Way before 2009? Since when has public funding ever cured an
organization's ills?
---
L-E story: " A group of more than 100 people gathered in Columbus Council’s
chambers Tuesday to hear representatives of the Knight Foundation explain the
finer points of the foundation’s Knight Cities Challenge and offer advice on how
to submit a winning application." -- "advice on how to submit a winning
application"? Hmmm.. doesn't this just stop "out-of-the-box" creativeness dead
in its track? I can see where guidelines for filling an application would be
helpful, but controlling the process seems counter productive to finding new
solutions to old problems.
