Hey, NERO-bamageddon...did you get to discuss your LGBT tolerance policy with the Imam?

---
I really don't understand why anyone of either Party can claim he/she won in Iowa. G.I. JILLary got less than a handful more delegates than Bernie, and no one in the Republican Party got one third of those delegates. The big win was that conservative voters were encouraged to participate in big numbers because there were two candidates that spoke out about real issues that have about destroyed our country

---
A Rubio supporter said coming in 3rd in Iowa was a win in book. Yeah, right..I want to see him collect on that bet with his bookie,.

---
Online headline: "Republican Santorum drops out of White House race, endorses Rubio" -- Hmmm.. when a tree falls in the middle a forest, does anyone hear it?"

Online story: " A 12-year-old boy hailed as a hero for defending his village from the Taliban was shot dead in what appeared to be a targeted assassination by the group, Afghan officials said Wednesday. *  Wasil Ahmad was feted at a public ceremony for playing a key role in defending the community of Dan Sango, in the southern province of Khas Uruzgan, during a 2-month-long Taliban siege last year. * Pictures of him wearing full military uniform were circulated on social media after the siege was broken by Afghan Special Forces in August 2015. *  Since then, the boy carried a pistol to school — but did not have the chance to use it Monday when a gunman shot him twice in the head and chest as he bought groceries from a local shop in the provincial capital of Terin Kot" -- Obviously a tragedy of the times, but it just reminds me of how libs bring such upon other s. Remember the Exxon Valdez clean-up operation? Remember all the hoopla libs made about saving a seal from the oil slick.. they cleaned it up, nursed it back to health, then instead of just releasing it back into its environment, decided to make a spectacle out of the siuation and staged a media fest event to do so,, networks were on hand to record and celebrate.. The seal pup was released and as it frolicked in the bay, an orca appeared and ate the pup. Film at 11:00.

From a related online headline/story: "Taliban Control of Afghanistan Highest Since U.S. Invasion * America's 14-year project to defeat the Taliban and build a stable Afghanistan is teetering on the brink of failure, according to a sobering report Friday by a government watchdog. * The Taliban controls more of the country than at any time since U.S. troops invaded in 2001, notes the quarterly report to Congress by the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction. The fragile economy is worsening. One of the few bright spots of the troubled reconstruction effort — getting more girls in school — has been tainted by allegations of fraud. * "The lack of security has made it almost impossible for many U.S. and even some Afghan officials to get out to manage and inspect U.S.-funded reconstruction projects," wrote John Sopko, the inspector general." --  "teetering on the brink of failure"? It's been an absolute debacle!! This is what happens when libs are in charge,, the "tail wags the dog" by distracting attention to other issues, No wonder NERO-bamageddon draws phantom lines in the sand in Syria.

Online story: "Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vermont) admitted Wednesday that he is rooting for Donald Trump to win the Republican nomination. * During a CNN town-hall event, Sanders told moderator Anderson Cooper that he liked his odds against the real-estate mogul. *  "Frankly, I'm prejudiced: I want Trump to win the Republican nomination," Sanders said. "I would love the opportunity to run against him. I think we'd win." -- Hmmm.. You know.. if Bernie does get the Democrat nomination... and say he does beat the Republican candidate in November, it might be just what this country needs... yep, and when 2018 Congressional are over, all 435 Representatives will be Republicans, and the Senar=torial races will be a Republican sweep as well.

Online headline/story: "House panel accuses officials of covering up Flint water crisis *  The head of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's water office told lawmakers Wednesday that Michigan authorities broke federal rules requiring them to add anti-corrosive materials to drinking water pumped into Flint homes, triggering a lead-poisoning crisis.  * Blame ricocheted around the room for hours, as lawmakers, a researcher, a Flint mother and government officials debated failures by Michigan's Department of Environmental Quality and the EPA to deal with lead from corroded pipes that began leaching into city homes following the city's 2014 cost-saving move to start pumping water from the Flint River." -- You know, this wouldn't be a "table-topic" for mainscream media if it didn't involve a Republican governor.. The real culprits were generations mayors who hadn't replaced the lead-lined water pipes. What's really sad is there is probably lead in the water bottles being distributed since there is a threshold of lead "allowable" in water.

Online story: "Hillary Clinton struggled Wednesday night through an answer about the large paychecks she received from investment bank Goldman Sachs for several speeches, yet argued it would not corrupt her judgment when it comes to regulating the finance industry. * During a CNN town-hall event Wednesday, moderator Anderson Cooper asked if Clinton used poor judgment by accepting $675,000 from Goldman Sachs for three speeches. The Democratic presidential front-runner said she was Hillary Clinton struggled Wednesday night through an answer about the large paychecks she received from investment bank Goldman Sachs for several speeches, yet argued it would not corrupt her judgment when it comes to regulating the finance industry." --  "simply following the footsteps of past secretaries of state."? Good grief.. think about that for a second.. what did G.I. JILLary actually do as Secretary of State that Goldman Sachs felt was worth $675,000.00 to hear about? What's notable is that Chris Matthews and Anderson Cooper are asking JILLary questions that they would not have asked her at any other time. It's also worth noting that when liberals ask her non-softball questions, she doesn't seem to be the "smartest woman in the room, much less the world".

Online story: "President Barack Obama will propose tailoring the controversial "Cadillac tax" on expensive private health insurance plans to reflect regional differences when he releases his 2017 budget plan next week, a senior White House adviser said in an article released on Wednesday. * Obama's proposal would reduce the bite of the unpopular tax by raising the threshold where it takes effect in areas where healthcare is particularly expensive," -- Hmmm.. sounds like the UAW and other Unions are twisting the Democrat's arm over whether they will pour tons of donations into Democratic Party coffers for the November elections.. guess we'll start see NERO-bamageddon wearing his clothes inside out to show off the "Handmade by Union Workers" labels.

---
A new TV series opened about the OJ Simpson murder trial... I won't bother to watch it.. I saw it in real time 20+ years ago, and with commercials, I don't have enough tome to watch every stupid mistake the prosecution made in trying the case rehashed once again, and I surely don't want to watch some "but I played a judge on TV" actor trying to upstage Judge Ito.

---
Online headline/story: "Alibi witness testifies for first time in 'Serial' subject Adnan Syed's retrial hearing *
Let's face it.. why would a witnesses testimony be more believable 16 years later than the defense attorney though then?  Unless it's about DNA.. write it off.

HuffPOOPOO headline/story: "TakePart: The Atlantic Ocean Is Acidifying at a Rapid Rate * A new study finds the ocean is absorbing 50 percent more carbon than it was a decade ago, and that could have dire consequences for dolphins, whales, and other marine life." -- Hmmm...  about "TakePart": TakePart is a digital news and lifestyle magazine featuring independent journalism on today’s most important, socially relevant topics, alongside a social action platform. TakePart is the digital division of Participant Media, the company behind Pivot Television Network and acclaimed documentaries such as CITIZENFOUR, An Inconvenient Truth, and Food, Inc. and feature films such as Lincoln and Spotlight." -- Aha! "An Inconvenient  Truth"? Well the CONVENIENT truth is that Algore is involved somewhere,,, that or TakePart is a Division of :The Onion" or just 2 months early with its "April Fool's Day" edition.

---
HuffPOOPOO headline: "Despite Opening to U.S., the Castros Continue to Persecute Cuban Christians" -- Good grief.. liberals continue to amaze me in how stupid they can continue to be after they feel a problem has been solved simply because it was addressed..

---
HuffPOOPOO "headLIE": "Hillary Clinton's Problem Isn't That She's Not Progressive, It's That She's Cautious" -- "Too cautious"? ROFLMAO! G.I. JILLary's "problems" are: 1 - Even Chris Matthews and Anderson Cooper are asking real questions, 2: - She's not the smartest woman in the universe.

---
Online headline: "Prominent Black Lives Matter activist to run for Baltimore mayor" -- Good grief.. guess the Baltimore PD will stop wearing guns altogether and black neighborhoods will stop being violent... Baltimore is currently the most violent city in the US.. guess it'll be going for the most violent one world-wide.

---
A Minnesota elementary school principal has declared there will be no Valentine's Day at his school...get this..because there are so many students from different countries. Good grief...isn't this a good teaching moment about American customs and practices that will help them assimilate into mainstream America?

---
You'd think that with a dedicated "LOST" sales tax (well 70% of it) going for Public Safety in addition to the  Public Safety "regular" budget, Columbus would be the safest City in America.. We even have "take-home" squad cars so visibility in neighborhoods will be a deterrent to would be criminals.. Unfortunately, the policy doesn't not specify that officers necessarily  park their cars in visible places. Had an incident recently that resulted in a "rage" situation as I drove my truck and got out of it in my own driveway. I saw an open gaeage on Mobley Road that had a police squad car parked inside.. I drove back around and legally took a picture of it. A few minutes later I was accosted by the wife of an officer who literally drove her car into my lanenin an effort to stop me as I was coming to a stop at a stoplight. After explaining what I was doing.. legally.. and driving off when the light turned green, she followed me into my neighborhood and pulled into MY driveway, got out of her car and continued her "rage".. A moment later, her husband, an off duty police officer pulled up in front of my house "defending" his parking his police car in the garage because of break-ins to such. I I thought, "hmmm ..what chance tdo the rest of us have if street thugs beak into police cars?". I reported this incident to CPD authorities who said that the take-home policy did not specify such cars be kept visible. You know, the one redeeming aspect of the take-home policy is for visibility. If it's not part of the policy, then those who don't park visibly should come and go in their own personal cars, and leave the squad cars protected at the police facility.

L-E headline/story: "UPATOL TRIPLE HOMICIDE * 15-YEAR-OLD CHARGED IN TRIPLE HOMICIDE * A third teenager has been charged in the Jan. 4 triple homicide of Gloria Short, her son and granddaughter. * The unidentified 15-year-old will face three counts of murder, two counts of auto theft, and one count each of burglary and using a knife to commit a crime, police said late Wednesday." --
Good grief.. Obviously "BlacK Lives Matter" needs to concentrate on neighbor hood programs that "all lives matter"!
---
From above story: " (Raheam) Gibson (19) told police a third teen he did not know went with him and Tapley to the Shorts that night, officers said. Gibson claimed he only waited outside, but admitted taking one of two vehicles stolen from the home." -- "claimed he only waited outside"? This may be the sickest of the three! How could one human not come to the assistance of another human who was screaming in fear of his/her life... three times?

---
L-E story: ":The city of Columbus is considering getting out of the child care business, City Manager Isaiah Hugley confirmed Wednesday. * They (sic) city’s Parks and Recreation Department operates before- and/or after-school programs at about 23 Muscogee County elementary and middle schools, according to the city’s Parks and Recreation website. The city loses about $300,000 a year performing the service, Hugley said." --  "The City loses about $300,000.00"? No, taxpayers just hacven't been getting their money's worth! Once again, another source of revenue drain is uncovered. City programs should either cover their costs (though making  a surplus to also maintain the facility costs is better), or be terminated. In fact, all "new" programs should include a "sunset" clause to be closed after a reasonable trial period has been implemented.

---
L-E's "Quotable": “Nothing will work unless you do.” Maya Angelou American poet (1928-2014)" -- Wanna bet this is not on the walls of any entitlement office? We aleady know it isn't every going to be in a Democrats "campaign promise".

---
L-E headline: "71 BI-CITY ATHLETES SIGN": -- Yesterday, 71 athletes in the Bi-City area signed athletic scholarship offers.. They each should be proud of their effort/hard work. Unfortunately, we see the MCSD wanting to "horn in" on the festivities, but let's face, there is little the MCSD can claim credit for. First, only 34 of theses athletes went to MCSD schools.. but mainly because the scholarships are about individual physical abilities which aren't taught in the classrooms.
