Online headline: "Chris Matthews: Ted Cruz Is 'Troll-Like,' 'Operates Below the Level of Human Life'  -- Hmmm... Oh.. in reality world, I guess Chris Matthews feels like his leg has been "tinkled on"..

---
Did you see the huge amounts of money spent on political ads in New Hampshire...especially by the career politicians? Did you also note how little Trump spent? What says is Trump doesn't waste his/our resources, and career politicians think wastefully using and throwing other people's at a problem is the only way to solve problems.

---
Online headline/story: "Marco Rubio is starting to go after Donald Trump * "Donald Trump has zero foreign-policy experience," Rubio said during an event in Okatie, South Carolina. "Negotiating a hotel deal in another country is not foreign-policy experience" -- "Negotiating a hotel deal is not foreign-policy experience"? Excuse me? Negotiating anything financial with another country is big experience.. Besides, what foreign-policy experience does a first term Senator with 8 years of previous experience as a state representative  have?

---
Online story: "President Barack Obama's former press secretary said Wednesday that though the president might not make an endorsement in the Democratic presidential primary, he knows exactly who he wants to succeed him. * That candidate is former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton." -- What an enigma..deciding whether to believe a former paid liar, even a possibly disgruntled ex-employee, about anything.

---
Online story: "according to an op-ed in The Washington Post, of all the Democratic and Republican candidates, Bernie Sanders is the only one who's giving his interns an hourly wage. *  Interestingly, Sanders reportedly pays them just over $10 an hour as he campaigns for a federal minimum wage of $15 an hour. "The United States government should not be the largest low-wage employer. It should be the best employer in America," Sanders said at a rally in 2015." -- "the United States government should not be the largest low-wage employer..it should be the best employer in America"? First.. let's see Bernie's "figures" about what fed employees make.. secondly, why is it libs feel spreading other people's money around makes them " generous"?

---
It's almost comical to hear Bernie and Hillary talk about lack of a comprehensive immigration reform getting through Congress in the past 5 years...the question neither one will address is, "Why wasn't such a bill passed in 2009-2010 when NERO-bamageddon had super-majorities of Democrats in both the House and Senate?"

---
Hillary says we have to improve race relations by building on honest conversation.. good grief.. how can anyone engage in a honest conversation with NERO-bamageddon and/or  Hillary?

---
And Bernie... Bernie says we have to eliminate tax breaks for billionaires so "we" can create millions of jobs for low income people.  That's not even coherent.. much less feasible.

Dealing with the GA DOT's lack of efficiency over road widening projects and roundabouts in Columbus is not just isolated in Columbus. You know, for all those who think a roundabout will end traffic problems, well...I'm sitting here approaching spaghetti junction on I-85 in Atlanta, and not a car/truck is moving on any level of roadway,

---
And another traffic idea of the GA DOT. The Peach Pass through Atlanta is suppose to keep traffic moving for those willing to pay extra...Hold on a sec..I'll finish writing this item as soon as my bride has passed all of the ones parked on I-85's "Peach Pass" lane.

New "roundabout" comment of the day: How about those homes on lower Green Island Drive? They use to be able to take a left out of their driveways to go visit friends on Cascade or head north on Green Island Drive. Now they will have to go south..cross River Road to get into the northbound lane, make a 270 degree tour around the "roundabout" , and hope they don't get wiped out by a logging truck.

From the L-E story on the Harp - TomLYINGson debate: "Harp said if anything is harming growth, it’s crime. And the city government needs to make that a higher priority than providing amenities. 8 “The first thing that we need to do is to add adequate police services that in the long run will make our community a safe place to live,” Harp said. * Tomlinson responded that Columbus spends more on public safety that any other city in Georgia. * “We pay the highest per capita fee for public safety of any community in the state of Georgia,” Tomlinson said. “We pay $618 per person for public safety. The next highest city is Savannah, at $478 per person. We pay 45 percent of our entire budget goes to public safety.”

2015 Budget $260,000,000.00  times 45% = $117,000,000.00

$117,000,000 divided by $618.00 per person = 189,320

It seems what we have here is inefficiency and turmoil.. How often have we heard our population number being discerned at 200,000 plus while in reality, when Mayor TomLYINGson took office, the US Census for 2010 set us at a level of 189,885 and now we have, by her figures, 555 less people living here now than when she took office.. NO, it's not the tax freeze running people off.. it's poor management, as noted by her dipping into the fund balance for over $63,000,000.00 in her first 5 budget years, so that now our "Fund Balance is under "30 days" which is a critical number when issuing bonds. Based on a 2015 or 2016 Budget of $260,000,000.00, 30 days of savings for City operation is about $21,400,000.00 (about $712,400,000.00 per day) or in "lay terms", Mayor TomLYINGson has drained or Fund Balance/Rainy Day Savings account to about $113.00 per person over 30 days.

---
Now.. too add credence to my moniker for our Mayor, the 2015 budget graph on page 55  shows that our Public Safety expenditures are 39% of our budget,,, yes, Mayor Tom LYINGson does "stretch the truth"... no, that phrase is euphoric.. she LIES!

L-E story: "U.S. Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee, D-Texas, will be the keynote speaker at the 31st Annual Black History Breakfast Observance in Columbus." -- Good grief.. The recent Unity Breakfast brought in a preacher from the Church of the Reverend Jeremiah "G** D***" America" Wright, and now Sheilah Jackson Lee, who thinks our US Constitution is 400 years-old (Common CRAP History?) is the keynote speaker for Black History Observance Breakfast. Isn't it time for community event planners to bring in speakers interested in healing our community/country rather than picking at the scars?

---
L-E story: "The Georgia NAACP and Common Cause Georgia filed a lawsuit this week against Secretary of State Brian Kemp, arguing that his office has illegally eliminated people from the state's registered voter list. * According to the letter, people who haven't voted for three years or made other contact with state voting officials, for example by signing a candidate's nominating petition, are sent a postcard asking for address confirmation. * If they do not respond within 30 days, their name is placed on an "inactive" voter list that still allows them to cast a ballot. If the person doesn't vote or otherwise make contact for two more years, the name is removed from the state's voter rolls, the letter said" -- You know what's scariest about this... that a list exists that can fuel voting scams..
