GA tuition has tripled in the last 15 years, but even that is not where the overload has become unbearable .. the mandatory fees should be eliminated and let students (with parental approval if theyare paying the bills) cherry-pick the amenities hat they use, and those outrageous dorm fees.. not to far back I dissected the extreme rip-off of dorm rentals compared to free-market apartment rentals. In fact, Colleges should be prohibited from building more since the new law passed in 2014 allowing colleges to sell existing units to outside companies along with their exempt tax status so colleges get their money back to build more dorm units which, in turn, they can sell to those private companies along with the exemptions, and get that money back as well.. It's a vicious and costly process to citizens of a university town.

A Scholarly Expose of Gang Politics in Washington" by Seale Harris M.D., LL.D., Alabama's distinguished physician and author who analyzes the dangerous trend in United States politics" that he published (1952) about blacks disassociating with Democrats has left him obscure in the Democratic Party agenda of today.
