Our Constitution was written to promote the will of the majority while protecting the rights of the minority. Where is the protection of the wealthy (obviously a minority) when the majority goes after their money through specialty taxes and rates? ACLU, you have a real job waiting here!
---
Online headline: "Obamacare Pre-Existing Condition Fee To Cost Companies $63 Per Person" -- And for all that voted for potUS Obluster and any DUMBERat Congressman, being stupid is a pre-existing condition (and, to paraphrase Ron White, we know... "you can't cure stupidity!).
---
Repeat headline: "Obamacare Pre-Existing Condition Fee To Cost Companies $63 Per Person" -- By definition, the only people who won't be billed $63.00 will be hypochondriacs, because they aren't actually 'pre-existingly sick'.
---
Three-peat headline: "Obamacare Pre-Existing Condition Fee To Cost Companies $63 Per Person" -- This will cause every American to become liars. We'll limp in to an emergency room, tell the triage technician we are feeling fine, and when the technician says 'it looks like your leg is broken (pre-existing condition)', we'll respond that the technician broke it when examining us, and that will end up in a we-said-technician-said lawsuit. What a bonanza for lawyers.. they want have to chase ambulances any more! Well, it will make our streets safer to drive/walk on.
---
Seriously, whenever we call in for an appointment because we aren't feeling good at the time, technically even a flu or twisted, swollen ankle exists-at-the-time we call, so technically they are "pre-existing" conditions.
---
On the other hand, if hospitals and doctors charge uninsured patients $63.00 cash up front just to 'sign in', the amount of indigent medical care will drop off substantially.
---
Why are these people smiling:
They are all DUMBERats demonstrating how stupid they are as potUS Obluster signs HELL-thScare into law.
---
Online story: "the health care reform law enacted in 2010 calls for Medicaid to be offered to anyone who earns up to 133 percent of the federal poverty level, which is $14,856 this year." -- Hmmm, let's see, a family of 4 X $14,856.00 = &59,454.00. In other words, if the family breadwinner is the only source of earned income, even teachers are eligible.
---
Online headline: "Obama Vows No 'Compromise' On Taxes" -- Yrp, and he's proved it in the above reports...there's "no Compromise" on taxes... everybody who works is included.
---
potUS Obluster is saturating e-mail addresses with his plea to stop Republicans from keeping the Bush tax cuts for everyone. He's also asking for more donations to pay off campaign debts. You know, no candidate, no political party should be allowed to spend money on campaigns which they have to get some kind of loan to do so.

After going online to see what's been going on below the Eagle-Phenix dam, it's obvious the theme song for Whitewater has to be, "they paved paradise and put up a parking lot".
Link to the Eagle&Phenix dam site:
---
Until today, Michigan has automatically taken union dues out of pay checks whether or not the wage earner was a union member or not The governor signed legislation to stop that practice. potUS Obluster feels unions should have a right to do that in every state. Some job creator...
---
potUS Obluster obviously feels every worker should have union dues deducted from their pay checks regardless of the worker's opinion. No wonder manufacturers' look overseas to save costs... just look at the Michigan car makers.
---
On the other hand Obluster feels every worker other than union members and Washington politicians should have birth control payments deducted as well. Of course, all deductions are mute for Obluster voters.
---
Wait a minute...wouldn't not being pregnant when you get birth control pills be a pre-existing condition?
---
PSY is being catching HELL from some commentators because he's talked about killing our soldiers and their families, and potUS Obluster invited him to perform at his Christmas concert. Now, where was the media indignation when Chris Rock said President G. W. Bush and his family should be killed?
---
Another "STIM-YOU-LIE" horror story... potUS Obluster sent $250 million to A-123 car battery maker to develop a new/better electric car battery. It's gone under and has been bought by the Chinese. Let's see... potUS Obluster sent money borrowed from China to a "green company', and now China has bought it outright for pennies on the dollar while taxpayers will be paying back the Chinese forever.
---
Why are millions of dollars being spent on retrieving and restoring a FM-2 Wildcat fighter plane, when many already restored versions are readily available for purchase at much less cost?
---
Morsi had revoked his claim to being above the law. Liberals are ecstatic about it because it's been addressed so therefore the problem is solved. Egypt now has sharia law but everything's fine in liberalese.
---
Reports say that the snow in Minnesota is the worst in two years.. WRONG! The DUMBERat campaign of 2012 was a much worse snow job.
---
The mid-west has been dumped on with records amount of global warming climate change. Hey, this is one of those potUS Obluster shovel-ready jobs!
---
Good news is that Charlie Crist had gone over to the DUMBERat Party. Better news is that DUMBERats don't like him either.
---
L-E story: "The (MCSD) board approved $83,000 to build a catwalk above the acoustical tile ceiling in the Northside High School auditorium. It will allow easier access to the Variable Air Volume system, which involves heating and cooling. " -- Why does private industry solve such problems by buying an appropriate ladder for a few hundred bucks?
---
L-E headline/story: "Man pleads guilty to meth-binge murder * Cantelli gets life sentence for shooting Joshua Hill with Russian military rifle * (The judge) accepted his plea of guilty but mentally ill. * Now 34, Cantelli will be eligible for parole in 30 years." -- Well, there they go again... kicking the can down the road.
---
Liberal's L-E "soundoff": "No union means no job security, no raises, no benefits, no pensions. Work for the man for $7.50 an hour; make him richer and richer. No wonder people prefer welfare to a job." -- Like shutting a company down is 'job security'? Does the writer even realize that a full time job at $7.50 an hour is more that the official 'poverty level per person' established by the federal government? Does the writer understand that without the federal deficit driving the inflation rate out of control, that a $7.50 per hour job would probably be a good starting wage? Blame the government and the unions, not the business owners trying to make a difference.
---
L-E story: "An international manufacturer and supplier of chemical foods and beverage ingredients will close its Columbus plant and one in New Jersey and move the operations to a 150,000 square foot facility on Brickyard Road in Phenix City, the Phenix City Economic Development Department announced today." -- You have to wonder how much tax rates and incentives were the cause. (pssst... but not much wondering)
---
You might think the whole country has gone to pot.... but in reality only Washington and Colorado join California.

"Translating to modern measurements, Huibers came up with a vessel that works out to a whopping 427 feet (130 meters) long, 95 feet (29 meters) across and 75 feet (23 meters) high." -- This is amazing... think about how amazing this was when Noah built it by hand with his sons..
---
Another L-E pic:
This would have gotten these 4 women yanked out of a MCSD high school graduation ceremony.... tsk tsk
---
L-E headline: "Alabama prisons make changes to complaint procedures * Inmates who file a complaint no longer to lose privileges, be separated" -- Wait a minute! I thought the whole purpose of a jail was limit prisoner privileges and separate them from society!
---
L-E story: "ATLANTA — After roughly two years of discussions, a plan for the Atlanta Falcons to build a new downtown stadium took the first of many key steps toward becoming a reality. * The Georgia World Congress Center Authority approved the framework for a deal to build a stadium with a retractable roof, replacing the 20-year-old Georgia Dome." -- Why is it that government can't build a new building that has more than a 20 year life span?
---
If the Falcons want a new stadium paid for by the taxpayers, ask us to vote on it during a so-so season.
---
L-E headline: "NHL LOCKOUT * League cancels games scheduled through Dec. 30 * Nearly 43 percent of season has been eliminated" -- Truthfully, who amongst us has noticed or really cares, or has lost a night's sleep thinking about it?
