Happy birthday, President Reagan.

Online news story: "In a bizarre dream sequence of events, North Korea
posted a video to its official YouTube account showing an American city left
destroyed following an apparent missile attack." -- Hmmm. my bet it was just a
Google Earth overhead shot of Detroit as it actually is.
---
Hmmm....Let's see, the mainstream media excoriated Bush for warrantless
searches and waterboarding, but applauded Obama's drone policies to kill
Americans he doesn't like with no judicial review.
---
With the exposure of pot-US Obluster's new policy that allows drone attacks
on American citizens abroad with no judicial review, no Republicans can safely
take a junket or vacation trip out of the country.
---
Some spokesperson says they will examine the Midland, AL bunker looking for
clues as to "why", and to make sure it doesn't happen again. "Happen again"? The
psycho is DEAD! He ain't gonna do it again. Bury the bunker, close the case, and
shut down the ongoing costs!
---
That Jodi Arias case.... she admits on the stand that she did kill, then
mutilated his dead body, and the DA wants to continue prosecuting her. Close the
case while the jury has that on its mind!
---
Republicans are now being pre-criticized on Fox News for their "anticipated
comments" on a budget pot-US Obluster says is coming in the next month or so and
it won't be balanced. Is Fox abandoning us?
---
Fox News continues to take to the political correct path. Now Fox is
ignoring the recent revealing of hi-def photos showing the prominent damages
Trayvon Martin inflicted on George Zimmerman, and sympathizing with Martin. This
ain't what we need from Fox News.
---
When you get down to how can we keep guns out of the hands of mentally
unstable people, two laws will make a great difference. First, remove the HIPPA
block on people undergoing such treatments, and prohibit any one voting for a
DUMBERat for president from buying/possessing weapons.

L-E story: "U.S. SUES S&P:
The U.S. government says Standard & Poor’s knowingly inflated its
ratings on risky mortgage investments that helped trigger the 2008 financial
crisis. The government is demanding that S&P to pay at least $5 billion in
penalties." -- Hmmm, a more effective lawsuit would be to sue Congress,
specifically former Senator Dodd, and former Representative Frank, for the
legislation that put guns to the heads of banks/mortgage companies to forego
screening processes that would have circumvented selling houses to people who
weren't qualified.
--
Liberal's L-E "soundoff": "Are those who
are protesting the cutback of personnel at Fort Benning the same ones who want
to balance the budget, curtail governmental spending and reduce the deficit? "
-- When Ike took over the presidency in 1953, the military budget was 70% of the
national expenditures, and he reduced that to 60%. Currently, the military
budget is only 20% of the national expenditures. Military spending is not the
elephant in the room.
---
L-E headline: "SWAT team coming to
Columbus this week to assist laid-off Hostess workers" -- Ooops my bad... a
different kind of SWAT, although sending a regular SWAT team to Washington to
oversee voting on tax wasting Congressional legislation might be
effective.
---
L-E headline: "Chemical tank
cleaning causes rotten odor in downtown Columbus" -- Ooops, my bad... just
thought it was Council doing business as usual.
---
L-E headline: "Columbus woman
wins $1 million in Georgia Lottery scratch-off game * Would love to hear her opinion of the tax system
after the Feds and GR Revenue departments claim their share.
---
L-E headline: "Obama to visit Israel, first time as
president" -- Considering the amount of time he took on his 'Apology Tour" to
Muslim nations, it's about time he goes to apologize to Israel for his
insults.
---
L-E headline/story: "Monopoly fans vote to toss 1 token, add new
piece * PAWTUCKET, R.I. — The end is
near for the shoe, wheelbarrow or iron in the classic Monopoly game as fans
voted in the final hours on which token to eliminate and which piece to replace
it." -- By all indications, it's obvious that the "wheelbarrow" AND
"iron" will be eliminated for political correct reasons that players are
traumatized by symbols of work. New pieces could be a "government EBT card", a
"lottery ticket", or an "Obamaphone", and the "Go to Jail" spot be changed "Go
Vote Again"
---
The fact that a court actually entertained a
lawsuit challenging a death sentence on the basis that a different drug would be
used is its own condemnation of the court system's ability to speed up
justice.
