HuffPost story: "The captain and three senior crew members of a South Korean ferry that capsized in April killing more than 280 passengers, many of them school children, were indicted for homicide on Thursday, a senior prosecutor said." -- Hmmm, wonder why the HuffPost even ran this... unless it was to show Judas 00-Barnum and Pric Holder what is expected of them?
---
HuffPost headline: "Black Cop Chronicles His Experience As Undercover KKK Member" -- Oooops, my bad.. thought one of the late Senator Byrd's staff had written his memoirs.
---
HuffPost headline/story: "Harry Reid: 'I Can't Vote For' Obama Nominee Michael Boggs * The White House is backing Boggs because he's part of an all-or-nothing package of six judicial nominees that the president agreed to with Georgia's Republican senators. * The White House maintains it had to compromise on Boggs to get other nominees backed by Democrats into the package. The tradeoff is that long-empty seats can get filled." -- Personally, I think Boggs should withdraw his name..his baggage is being manipulated by Judas 00-Bama, and you know, before this is over, it will be reported that Republicans, not Reid, are blocking Judas 00-Barnum's picks..

Online story: "National Security Adviser Susan Rice, at a foreign policy lunch on Wednesday, seemed to scoff at a question on whether a select committee investigation on Benghazi would reveal new evidence. * "Danged if I know," Rice said, to audience laughter. "I mean honestly, the administration has produced, I think, 25,000 pages of documents. .." -- "I mean honestly"? Hmmm, coming from anybody connected with Judas 00-Barnum,. we already know this is a lie.
---
From above story: "At a separate event, Bill Clinton offered a strong defense of his wife: "In my opinion, Hillary did what she should have done." * "They looked into what was wrong," Bill Clinton explained. "They gave 29 recommendations. She took 'em and started implementing them. * But the former president didn't mention that the State Department Benghazi investigation -- led by retired Adm. Mike Mullen and former U.S. diplomat Thomas Pickering -- never interviewed Mrs. Clinton." -- Obviously, none of those "29 Recommendations" included "tell the truth".

If you see an online headline enticing you to see the 10 movies stars regret making, don't waste you time.. the absolutely worst movie with A-List stars is "Ishtar", and it doesn't make this list at all. I'm pretty sure Warren Beaty & Dustin Hoffman consider it their "albatross", but I'm sure the secondary and bit part actors/actresses have just as bad flash backs to their roles in this career ending movie.
---
Online story: "New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning sounded off on Michael Sam's headline-making news as part of an interview with HuffPost Live this week. * As to how his Giants teammates would've reacted if Sam had been drafted by that team, Manning said, "We have a great locker room, and I think the most important thing ... you're drafted a football player. That's all we care about in the locker roon" -- Heh heh heh.. hmmm, wonder how many NFL quarterbacks called their agents to add a "no trade to St Louis clause" to their contracts?
---
Online story: "Minnesota enacted the nation's first law Wednesday requiring smartphones and tablets sold in the state to have a remote shut-off feature as a way to deter theft. * Democratic Rep. Joe Atkins describes the law as "a vaccine" for the epidemic of smartphone theft and robberies tied to mobile devices. People who report a kill switch-equipped phone lost or stolen can disable it and wipe the data slate clean by contacting their carrier * Sen. Kari Dziedzic, DFL-Minneapolis, said the no-cash clause discourages people from trying to make a quick buck by unloading a stolen phone. * "That was the incentive for a lot of these criminals to take that phone or iPad and drop it in a kiosk or these stores," she said." -- "incentive for a lot of these criminals to take that phone or iPad and drop it in a kiosk or these stores"? Good grief.. no criminal is going to take a disabled stolen phone back to a return spot and turn it in. The criminal is going to be PO'd and smash it. This is nothing but a Democratic "but we have good intentions" fiasco.

In Arizona, a teen was arrested at his prom wearing a designer tux he broke a sore window and stole off a mannequin. There are online comments indicating that it would have been "OK" if the 18 year old had stolen a cheaper model. What is wrong with inner city's generations' culture?
---
Online quote source: " “Life is only as good as you decide to make it. So stand up, be bold, and don't let everyone else define it.” - Unknown" -- "unknown"? Hmm must have been an older Democratic Party icon that today's Democratic Party is trying to disavow knowledge of..
---
According to an online line report, only 4% of Americans think they have below average intelligence..You know, with a statistical error margin of 4%, that means none of the 47% or 99% think they aren't as smart as as everybody else. Guess you can now see the results of the master plan of the Democratic Party to influence public education curriculum. Now, boys and girls, can you say, "C-o-m-m-o-n C-o-r-e"?
---
L-E headline: "Mayor Tomlinson: Tank farm's rotten egg smell soon to be gone" -- Oooops, my bad, I thought that smell was the Mayor's politics, and that could be gone by Tuesday.
---
L-E story: "One of the four finalists has withdrawn from consideration to be Phenix City Public Schools superintendent." -- Why is it that school boards feel it's necessary to search outside the system for new Superintendents ? Personally, I think that there not being a progression of administrative talent bring nurtured inside the system is the number one reason education is in such bad shape.
---
Online story: "Immigration officials knowingly released dozens of murderers and thousands of drunken drivers back into the U.S. in 2013, according to Obama administration statistics that could undercut the president’s argument that he is trying to focus on the most serious criminals in his immigration enforcement. * Among the 36,000 immigrants whom U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement released from custody last year there were 116 with convictions for homicide, 43 for negligent manslaughter, 14 for voluntary manslaughter and one with a conviction classified by ICE as “homicide-willful kill-public official-gun.” -- You know, by Judas 00-Barnum's and Pric Holder's actions in "Benghazi" and "fast&furious", I can see where they consider these illegal alien crimes are misdemeanor in nature.

After over 4 years in office , it's about time Judas 00-Barnum looked around and saw our infra- structure needs attention. Too bad he cannot see that the Mexican border fence needs it first.
---
You know, Judas 00-Barnum's sudden attention to infrastructure projects is not about creating new jobs, it's about creating a backlog for union jobs.
---
I really think that our sitting Councilors and School Board members have lost sight that they are elected to be good stewards of taxpayer dollars. It's become a race to see who can outspend the others to get earmarks for their districts. We need elected officials who are looking out for our city as a whole....especially in our Mayor.
---
All these activist lower federal court judges..why are they so concerned whether one state honors another state's same sex marriage law? Why aren't they jumping all over Judas 00-Barnum for wrongfully overturning laws on OObamaCRAP in a manner not authorized by our Constitution?
---
I can't believe the discussions on whether or not FSU should provide a 24/7 "handler" for Heisman winner Jameis Winston, because he's not prepared as a freshman for all the distractions. Excuse me, why not take it up with the Heisman Committee, and sue it for not making the award available only for college seniors.

One of my daughters works in the early childhood development field. She went to a mandatory meeting Tuesday night to be "indoctrinated" by the "GELDS" (GA Early Learning and Development Standards ) program . I looked at the data/explanations as compiled and presented by people associated with GA State University's "Best Practices Trying" and Bright Start". It was gibberish. If I find any of my representatives voted on this program. I am seeking replacement representative for their next election cycle! From what I can tell, the data is meant to run off capable people and replace them with people who aren't going to care about standards. In short, instead of thoroughbred race horse, the GA Department of Education seems to be looking for GELDings that'll bide their time out in the pasture.

I asked our Council, Mayor, and upper City staff members exactly who were the owners/operators of CGC LLC for which the Council was scheduled to vote for giving them development bonds. I got one response from one Councilor who said she didn't know, and zero response from the Mayor and other Councilors. I don't think any Councilor should be voting on an issue of monetary funding to any organization that all if Council is not familiar with the principles.

Oh, Following my scathing words about the bogus NASA claims that an Antarctica iceberg was so big that when it melts, the world would see water levels rise 8-to-12 feet, I conducted an experiment with with my high school and college aged daughters. I filled a glass with ice cubes then added water until the water was completely to the rim of the glass. Ice cubes rose above the edge of the glass (ala iceberg composition). I asked them whether they thought that after the ice cubes melted, would the result be: 1 - the glass would overflow, 2 - the glass would be full to the rim, or 3- would the level of water be below the rim? Both answered "3". The next morning, the water was indeed lower than the rim. How can these highly paid NASA scientists be on the taxpayer payroll!

You know, as long as it's taken for the Ground Zero 911 Museum to be completed, who really knows whether the display items were damaged by the blast/collapse, or by handling in storage by government workers?
---
The more I think about the more incensed I have become that sitting members of our Council would actually participate in being in the Mayoral campaign ads. What it tells me is those politicians are in bed together and are less likely to challenge mayoral proposals that may need to be scrutinized a little bit more to make sure taxpayers are properly represented .

It's hardly fair for liberals to prioritize funding for liberal earmark projects instead of funding veteran medical needs. It was the veterans' sacrifices that have allowed liberal Congresspersons to be free to make such choices.

While all the negative press has seemingly been (and rightfully so) piled onto GM safety recalls, Chrysler, the other bailed-out Detroit maker has it's own troubles, The the Top 3 WORST SUV's of 2014 are all Jeep models. Now, were the 00-Barnum Bailouts really worth it.. think about what thenused car market will look like in 2-4 years from now.

LIV's L-E "soundoff": "If you honestly believe that the Benghazi probes are a “search for truth,” then you need to take your noggin in for a tune-up." -- Hmmm, conversely, if you believe Judas 00-Barnum and his spinmeisters, you might take your noggin into a "Clunkers Trade-in Event"
---
Another LIV's L-E "soundoff": "Looks like Teresa is going to take $2 million of her shortage out of John Darr’s behind." -- Where do we get these "Clunkers"? The budget ills at the jail are federal mandates that the Sheriff's Office has no control over. The budget problem is that Mayor Obamalinson is at odds at providing the money Judas 00-Barnum says has to be spent on something other than projects she wants to implement to buy votes.
---
L-E's "Thought for Today": “History is a better guide than good intentions.” — Jeane J. Kirkpatrick, U.S. ambassador to the United Nations (1926-2006)." -- What better proof of this are the federal entitlement programs?
---
L-E story: "Progress toward integrating America’s schools since the landmark Brown v. Topeka Board of Education decision 60 years ago is being chipped away * For black students, the South now is the least segregated section of America. Outside of Texas, no Southern state is in the top five in terms of most segregated for black students. But more than half of black students in New York, Illinois, Maryland and Michigan attend schools where 90 percent or more are minority. * Gary Orfield, co-director of the Civil Rights Project at UCLA says the changes are troubling, with many minority students receiving poorer educations than white and Asian student" -- Hmmm, "many minority students receiving poorer educations than white and Asian student"? Guess since segregation is not the problem area as whites and Asians are getting just as poor a public education, then the problem is in the federal curriculum and special programs. Federal meddling has not changed the cycle, it's enlarged the cycle.

In 1990, the MCSD budget was $54,000,000.00. The MCSD tried to get the taxpayers to authorize a $9,000,000.00 bond issue with the intent to "fix every building.maintenance" problem it had. (Don't these numbers really show you how much inflation there's been in the cost of education?) The voters resoundedly said, "NO!"... as in "NO WAY!". Afterwards, the first "School Report Card" was issued. A couple of things really stood out. The State refused to fund 200 MCSD administrative/teacher positions because in the State's opinion/formula, those 200 positions were deemed, and I quote, "UNNECESSARY". Those 200 positions averaged $45K in salaries and benefits. Do your math : 200 positions at $45,000.00 = (are you ready for this) $$9,000,000.00.
That's right, the MCSD already had the $9,000,000.00 available they wanted for the bond issue "on hand".. in fact every year that amount was on hand.. and that was when the MCSD had 32,000 students 2,000 teachers/administrators and 3,000 other MCSD employees. Now the MCSD has better that 6,000 employes some 3,800 teachers/administrators and 2,200+ other employees and a $270+ million dollar budget. Can you imagine what the State opines about how many teachers/administrators are "unnecessary" of this amount?
