Personally, I think all the "scientists" who believe/claim that if Global Warming/Climate Change melted Antarctica and the Arctic that the water would rise 8-12 feet should be stripped of their diplomas and ability to apply for government grants. Truth is, that if all that ice did melt, the water level would decrease. Ice/icebergs actually displace water like anything else that floats. Fill a tub with ice then fill it with water to the brim. Ice will actually extend above the brim, but as the ice melts, the water level will drop. The ice, whether above or below the waterline contains an abundance of air trapped in it that gives the frozen water natural buoyancy to float.

Hmmm, was glad to see the L-E finally post precinct recaps of Tuesday's election results. Guess some of them are closet Breakfast Club readers. Found it interesting, no, revealing, that North Columbus is a lot better at voting for candidates that are black than South Columbus is for voting for candidates who are white.
