What are we going to do with our US Supreme Court? While it had the common sense to dismiss a suit filed on behalf of prisoners at Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq who wanted to sue defense contractors over claims of abuse, it also ruled that minor children have rights to purchase violent and sexually exploitive computer games. I do not disagree that 'computer games" are protected as free speech, but I do question the Court giving children 'rights' that aren't generally attained until children reach the age of majority.

If the DUMB&DUMBERats are allowed to raise taxes 'to create jobs', we have to remember that the jobs would be more government jobs which will take more future tax raises to fund them in the future. Republicans, well the only Republicans worth electing/re-electing, want to cut spending which will not only cut government jobs, and reduce the tax burden, but will grow jobs in the private sector. What is the question?

With the depth of such open deceit, and the length of time this prevailed before "the audit", two things are quite evident...Mimi Woodson owes the rest of Council, and all the citizens of Columbus a huge apology (and a resignation) for her claim that the investigation was 'a public lynching', and Isaiah Hugley needs to resign or be fired. How could Hugley be not know what was going on, and if he maintains that posture, then he should be fired simply for not being in touch with his surroundings to know it.
